Refund policy
We operate a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of your previous product to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with all paperwork and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you return shipping information and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.
30-Day Return Period to the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days for any reason and without giving any reasons. As stated above, your product must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with all the labels and in its original packaging. You will also need your invoice or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will notify you whether or not your return has been approved. If approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and arrange your refund.
